Qasim Khan

image1 (1)Qasim Khan is a Dora Award winning actor whose recent theatre credits include: Anne of Green Gables – The Musical, Alice Through The Looking-Glass, and the workshop of A Misfortune (Charlottetown Festival); Shannon 10:40 (Videofag); Beneath The Banyan Tree, Abhimanyu (Theatre Direct); The Crucible, The Royal Comedians, Dirt (Soulpepper); the workshop of Later I Can Tell You About Jesus and reading of The Arab-Israeli Cookbook (Studio 180); and Do You Want What I Have Got? A Craigslist Cantata (Acting Up Stage/ Citadel Theatre/ Alberta Theatre Projects/ National Arts Centre). His TV work includes: The Riftworld Chronicles, Nikita, Saving Hope, Dan For Mayor, and Little Mosque on the Prairie. Qasim trained the Soulpepper Academy, and holds his degree from the University of Toronto/ Sheridan College joint Acting program. In 2013 he was appointed an International Actor Fellow of Shakespeare’s Globe.
